While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, Dab & Dew is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to have your order delivered within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation.
Unexpected Delays: Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors such as limited courier availability, inaccessible locations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we are unable to deliver your order for reasons beyond your control, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or credit note, as applicable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number while placing an order. Dab & Dew will not be liable to issue a refund if delivery fails because the buyer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

International Shipping: We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
